Western Bluebird House, Top Opening (Cedar, Sealed)
Made in the USA of long lasting cedar and sealed with non-toxic “salad bowl” finish, the Amador Bluebird Box is a solid traditional home for the Western Bluebird, an effective insect control species in commercial and residential environments, in fact, in vineyard application, bluebirds prey on the Blue-Green Sharpshooter and Grape Leaf Skeletonizer without eating the fruit. This model opens from the top, hinged on the bottom, for easy inspecting by looking down into box (instead of the opposite). Specific attention is paid to the size and position of the entrance hole, to accommodate the Western Bluebird and prevent entrance of predators.
